The Trust is empowered to establish additional offices or activity centers anywhere as deemed necessary, while its operations are restricted to the territory of India. The primary objectives include advancing education, especially in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. This involves establishing and managing educational and vocational schools, hiring qualified instructors, fostering a positive and critical mindset, and providing residential facilities. The Trust is authorized to handle trust assets judiciously to effectively fulfill its objectives.

The Trust is authorized to receive donations, charge reasonable tuition fees, and ensure self-sufficiency for its institutions. It aims to instill discipline, law-abiding behavior, and self-restraint while fostering inventive and research capabilities. The Trust is open to all individuals in India, with the Trustees having the discretion to determine beneficiaries. The founder, serving as the managing Trustee, holds the power to veto decisions conflicting with the Trust's objectives. The Board of Trustees, numbering between three to nine members, oversees the Trust's operations.
